Dinner: pork loin, salad and a baked potato (I know I cheated but I was starving after my long workout)
I have been pretty good on the cleanse. I feel good. I haven't had one drink. Can't be perfect all the time but I feel like this is a great start :)
Also, I am super excited that my favorite sushi place is going low carb! I can't wait to try this ;) will help me in the sushi department since I love it!
