I am still around! Just been super busy with summer stuff. I am not going to lie and say that I have stayed on track, because there have definitely been moments when I haven't. I have tried to keep it to a minimum though. I workout as often as I can and try to keep my eating in check. It is a lot harder for me during the summer, because I am not on a schedule. I am busy going here and there, traveling, seeing friends.... I have willpower, but dangit I want to have fun too! :)
Here is what I have been doing:
I still rotate with Insanity, TurboFire, and Jillian workout. I try to get on the stationary bike for at least 5 miles a day when I workout and run at least 2 miles. I do crossfit type workouts sometimes and I also either do arms or legs every day. I have actually been pretty good about working out at least 5 times a week.
Eating: I try to eat things I want in MODERATION. This morning I am back to drinking my Advocare shakes and will be eating clean as much as possible over the next 3 days because I leave for Mexico this weekend and I know I will def splurge there.
I am ordering the Advocare cleanse for when I get back from Mexico and things settle down a bit. That is my last big trip for the summer. I will be going to a local casino with some friends after that and that's about it. Summer is pretty much halfway over and for any teacher, that is totally depressing. LOL! I love my job, don't get me wrong but I love summer MUCH MORE! :) I will do my best not to eat my feelings during that time.
