I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, so here it is. I stepped on the scale yesterday morning and had already lost 2 lbs. I know some of that is water weight, so I am not getting overly excited, but a loss is a loss, right?
Yesterday's workout:
Jillian Michaels Extreme Shred and Shed Level 1
1.5 miles on the treadmill
5 miles on the bike
Arm workout
Food:
Breakfast:
Fiber drink, oatmeal with flax seed, grapes
Snack:
Banana
Lunch:
Salad with ham
Dinner:
Ribs and a salad with cucumber, grapes
It may not be perfect, but I am cutting out carbs and dairy as much as possible which is super hard for me! Today I stepped on the scale and another pound is gone, so it must be working! Will update later today on Day 3!
